I reviewed the chat logs and have read over the entire conversation between the two of you. Before i go on, I want to explain that NO ONE is exempt from the rules. The rules are in place to ensure that everyone has an equally rewarding gameplay experience and everyone is accountable for those rules regardless of how long they have been playing on this server, what they have done for the server/community, or who they are RL Friends with. Dirtyarm has been my RL Best Friend for many many years, and he is just as accountable for the rules as everyone else.

That being said, yes you are correct that blizzerflame was very obviously in the wrong here. Although the line you screenshotted is the only thing blizz said wrong, it nonetheless is not allowed or acceptable in any situation. This is one example of something that should never be said as it is very blatently offensive. For this, I will be issuing a 3 day temp ban for Hatespeech.

However, blizz was not the only one in the wrong here. Night Archer, you clearly instigated this argument. Although you didnt necessarily say anything that can be considered hate speech, you started the argument and I am not surprised that blizz lashed back (though as I mentioned earlier, what he said is not excusable). blizz was trying to tlel you that everything was being reset (since you apparently didnt know) and you didnt believe him (which is fine), but they when he started joking around about the whole "i know all" "i am the great blizzerflame" you instead attacked him saying that he is annoying and thinks he is better than everyone. By the way .... he was correct, we are *technically* resetting the server (except for creative, skyblock, hub2, hungergames). This has been all over the site and forums for several months. All in all, we want people to enjoy playing on the MineCraft server, which means in many cases instigating a fight and starting arguments can be just as destructive as hatespeech. In this case, starting arguments could lead to people not wanting to play here anymore. This also isnt the first time we have said something to you about starting arguments.

In light of all this, I will also be issuing a 3 day temp ban for you as well.

If this is either of your first time being banned, this will not count against your eligibility to be added to the archive server whitelist. I will see both of you in 3 days.

I don't exactly like how this one was handled because players argue all the time and it never seems to matter who starts the fight or not, players seem to sort these out among themselves. I don't agree that Night Archer got a temp ban for some argument but I will say I wasn't there nor have any idea what the argument was about. The thing is that the focus of the matter is the fact a player who knows the rules, is a donator AND friends with an admin blatantly broke a well known and very engraved rule on the server of hatespeech and seemed to have very well known from what I read in Grasty's information provided with

Although uber did say if it was found he instigated the fight he'd be punished too I don't exactly understand why. Players fight all the time and if one pushes it to far and breaks a rule, it's all on them despite who started the fight.
